The registration fee includes the conference badge and materials, coffee breaks and lunches during the conference and the welcome reception.

** the excursion in the city centre of Tartu takes place on May 14, 17.00-19.00. It is a walking tour focusing on the historic places, including a coffee break.
*** the excursion in the Estonian National Museum takes place on May 15, 14.00-16.00. The bus will pick participants up from the University of Tartu Library, take them to the museum where a guided tour takes place, and the bus will take the participants back to the city centre.
**** the accompanying person fee includes a conference badge, the welcome reception and the opportunity to book excursions.
